The local tourist tax of € 1.90 per person per day (for aged 14 and over) is not included in the price.

Supplements and Reductions

Room you have specifically chosen: unfortunately, it is not possible to book a particular room number. However, we will do what we can to meet your request.
Half board: no reductions will be made for any meals not taken
Single room: + 20% / only on request
Double room for single use: based on availability / on request
Additional people (adults) in the room: 10% discount with half board
Cot: € 5.00 per day
Reductions for children
under age 3: free (meals not included)
from age 3 to 5.99: 70% discount with half board
from age 6 to 7.99: 50% discount with half board
from age 8 to 11.99: 30% discount with half board

Booking conditions

Updated conditions of cancellation!

If you are unable to start your holiday at our hotel due to a verifiable reason related to Covid-19 (entry restrictions, illness, quarantine, etc.), the following cancellation conditions apply:

Free cancellation up to 48 h before arrival!
The deposit already paid will be credited to you for a future stay.

Cancellations

Cancellation up to 31 days before arrival date: free of charge
Cancellation between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival date: we charge 40 % of the total price
Cancellation between 14 and 8 days prior to arrival date: we charge 60 % of the total price
Cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival date: we charge 70 % of the total price
For cases of early departure, late arrival or no-show: customers will be liable for 70 % of the cost of any days booked and not used.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid at the time of booking (30 % of the total amount) will be retained.

Deposit

At time of booking, a deposit of 30 % of the total amount must be paid by bank transfer (non-returnable in the event of cancellation). The outstanding amount must be paid on site. The hotel bill can be settled in cash or by debit card; we also accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard).
